Terms of Service
Effective July 10, 2026 · These terms cover the RunnerQA beta. When the product leaves beta, we'll update them and note the changes here.
Beta service
RunnerQA is provided as-is during beta. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed as we iterate. RunnerQA is free while in beta; if we introduce pricing later, we'll announce it in advance and nothing will be charged without your explicit consent.
Your content is yours
Test cases, descriptions, and YAML you create belong to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process them to operate the service — nothing more. Export your YAML at any time; it's standard Maestro-compatible format with no lock-in.
Acceptable use
- Only test apps you own or have explicit permission to test.
- Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, access other users' data, or probe the service for vulnerabilities outside of responsible disclosure (see Security).
- Keep your runner and agent tokens secret; you are responsible for actions taken with your tokens until you revoke them.
AI output
Generated YAML and failure analyses are produced by AI and can be imperfect. Review generated tests before relying on them — that's why RunnerQA keeps every output human-readable and editable.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunnerQA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the beta, including test results that miss a defect. Tests run on your own machines under your control.
Termination and changes
You can stop using RunnerQA and request account deletion at any time via contact. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We'll note material changes to these terms on this page with a new effective date.
